At SpinCityImports, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing that exchanges or refunds are just a few clicks away.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
